Order Processing Time

If the stock availability of the SKU you ordered shows Availability:-

In Stock and Ready to ship - means that the item is in stock at Mwave at that time, and only after the payment has been confirmed, could take up to 24 hours to process for shipping or pickup

Stock At Supplier - means that the item is currently in stock with our suppliers; and only after the payment has been confirmed, should take 24 to 48 hours (during business hours) to process for shipping or pickup

Processing Time within 1-3 days - means that the item is currently in stock with our suppliers; and only after the payment has been confirmed, should take 1 to 3 business days (or 24 to 72 hours) to process for shipping or pickup

Order Delivery Time


The length of the delivery time will depend on your delivery address/final destination, and the type of delivery service you choose.
Currently, our logistics partners are Startrack and Australia Post for all our deliveries.

StarTrack is a courier service and is generally faster with full track and trace. Australia Post (eParcel) may be slightly slower to deliver and only has limited track and trace but is a cost-effective option.

• Nationwide Delivery: 1-4 Business Days* (Road service to most Metropolitan areas)
*WA, FNQ & NT - 5 Business days. Allow extra days for remote/regional areas. 

Australia Post
eParcel - the delivery timeframe is usually between 2-10 business days

Priority processing time of 1 hour with a 3-hour 
Only available till 1 pm Mon-Fri for the same day delivery
